How do I switch plans?
From your dashboard, in the Billing section. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.
What happens after the free trial?
At the end of the 14-day window, your card is charged for the plan you picked. You get a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends. You can cancel any time before the deadline, free of charge.
How does VAT work?
Listed prices are tax-exclusive. Applicable VAT is calculated and added automatically based on your country. For EU businesses outside France, VAT can be reverse-charged with a valid intra-EU VAT number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of the first charge, on request to our support team. After that, paid amounts aren't refunded but you can cancel any time to stop future charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For Business plans with annual commitment, SEPA bank transfer is available on request.
Are my invoices accessible?
Yes, from the Billing section of your dashboard. Every invoice is archived and downloadable as a PDF, in your name and your company's address.
